About the Room and Location
Our unit has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and in-unit laundry. The room for rent can come furnished or unfurnished and has a balcony, perfect for enjoying the Vancouver summer. Street parking is available and utilities are included in the rent. However, WiFi is an additional $30/month.
Located in the heart of Strathcona, our house is a short walk from local cafes, restaurants, and parks. Public transit is easily accessible, making it a convenient location for commuting to work or exploring all that Vancouver has to offer.

Must love dogs as two wiener dogs also live with us (a third wiener dog may be considered, otherwise no more pets)

If you work from home, your office must be contained within your room as we already have one work from home office in the main living area. On-suite bathroom is included, shared laundry with other tenants in the house.
