Hello! I am moving so I am looking for someone (ONE person) to take over my room and live with my awesome roommate. You'll have your own room with a private bath (not an ensuite, but it's just yours).

The apartment has a dishwasher, two balconies, mountain view, lots of natural light, and laundry on the same floor.

My roommate (male) works at a local brewery and loves to ski, bike, snowboard, surf, hang with friends, etc. He's friendly and social. He's in his 30s, so looking for someone who is late 20s to mid/late 30s.

The room is available January 15th. Utilities are not included in the rent.
