It’s a pretty special space with a nice peek a boo ocean view from kitchen and bathroom, a wood burning fire place as well as baseboard heating, full bathtub, dishwasher and shared washer dryer with the single (and quite) tenant who lives below. Small private deck off front enterance and a lovely private grass area with fire pit. Also included in rent is a storage shed, as closet and storage space in the suite is limited ( see picture for storage shed.) Sorry we love animals but it is strictly no pets as well as no smoking or drugs. Suites single or will consider working couple with one ☝️ car due to parking limitations. Shared utilities with tenant below. About $75- per month on average. Wifi and parking is included in the rent as well.
